Self Leveling Mortar

3. Control water retention and reduce cracking and shrinkage

Application of Redispersible latex powder (RDP-VAE) in Self leveling Mortar:

1. Redispersible latex powder improves the fluidity and plasticity, making it easier to construct, 

2. Improve its performance in terms of crack resistance and durability. 

3. Increase the adhesion, bending, and weather resistance of self leveling mortar.

Application of gypsum retarder in Gypsum based Self leveling Mortar:

1. Setting time of extended gypsum. 

2. Delaying the accelerated stage of gypsum hydration, reducing the peak heat release during hydration, affecting the crystal description and microstructure of gypsum, thereby affecting its strength.
